Why do you charge money?

The simplest answer is: To keep the service up. We believe that’s far too many websites focus on getting thousands of users instead of focusing on how to keep everything running.

We want to focus on making your Tookapic experience as good as possible instead of worrying on how to keep the lights on and pay the next hosting bill.

How do subcriptions work?

Based on the plan you choose we either bill your card every month or year until you cancel your subscription. Payments are securely handled by Paddle. You will also get a receipt everytime we bill you.

Can I pay with wire transfer or check?

Right now we only accept credit, debit cards and PayPal. There are no plans for adding wire transfers or check payments anytime soon.

Is it easy to cancel a subscription?

Yes. Very easy. All you have to do is click "Cancel" on your subscription page that will be available once you upgrade.

Can I get a refund?

If for some reason you’re not satisfied with the service you’re entitled to a refund within 30 days of subscribing.

Keep in mind that annual membership receive a prorated refund for the unused days.
