So I took a picture today, but.

Do I have to upload a picture the same day that I took it? Cos tookapic checks my EXIF data, so I assume I can upload like 5 pictures at the end of the week right?

Say I am on holidays with no internet access for example?

Paweł Kadysz Yes you can. The important thing is you actually take photos every day. But... I strongly recommend uploading as soon as possible and as regular as possible. People who upload photos once every few days tend to abandon the project and have much smaller chance for completing it than people who upload every day or every other day.

Just for the record: help.tookapic.com - most of the answers can be found there.

Gogi Golzman I can tell you from my personal expiriance .. i had so many times that i took photos but didnt had the time or place to edit them. So i stuck with couple day in a raw.. yes i finished my project but it was harder ... i you can do a favor to yourself. Post everyday.. i need to buy me a laptop :/

Kazzi I've just sent a message to Lenovo sales representative asking for a discount, I have to buy a laptop too ;)

@Przemyslaw - from my experience: do Yourself a favor and even if You skipped a day (not in taking of course, in uploading) don't hesitate to upload next days' photos, but patch up the holes as soon as possible. I spent countless, painful hours during December, since I had over thirty photos missing from the time I was sick, on a trip etc.
Three or four times after skipping a day I've skipped from three to over ten following days, struggling to keep uploads chronological. It also wasn't too clever, but at first in my head it made perfect sens... but luckily I had only one crisis during Easter, when I spent a few days at home, sick.
Remember - tookapic is your daily life journal, so even sick at home, without moving from bed, You can do a nice photo ;) Jagu Cze had her leg broken and what came from it? tookapic.com/photos/141591

Romain I've personally have the intention to upload every day.... rather a picture taken by my mobile phone or a non-edited photo made with my camera and upload it immediately, than wait to upload for a (few) day(s)....
This works the best for me.

Damian Jankowiak I agree with Romain. In my opinion, whole idea of 365 project is to upload single picture everyday. This is why it's so unique. I will do my best to do that. I like my Fuji XT-10 because it has wi-fi, when I don't have time to work on my PC i just send from camera to smartphone and upload directly. Maybe change something in Snapseed.

Kazzi doing the same for over two years now. When I'm on music festivals, I'm trying to keep instagram up-to-date all the time. SD OTG card reader is also a good idea.

Kazzi I've done it last two years on Woodstock, OFF and Tauron - look at my insta - "kazzi_"

Satoshi T I try to upload everyday without missing. I think if my everyday habits stop, it will be very troublesome. But if you have no Internet connection - traveling to the mountains -, you should upload at a later date as an "emergency evacuation".
