Natural or not?

Today I had a great conversation (thank u M.) about how far we should go with our post production work with pictures to get perfect photo? Especially when (like me), you' re still not perfect in technical things in time of taking picture?

What would you do if you would have only one chance and one shot to catch the moment? Only one picture in your life. What it would be? How perfect?
