To become your very best you have to embrace pain and adversity along with your success. There's always the bad that comes with the good and the dark that comes with the light. Just like life, there are always two sides to everything.

For me, to be alive is to be able to feel everything. To have the courage to feel everything. To feel the good and the bad, and to be able to say that I've tried everything that life has to offer.

Therefore I'm learning to love the dark for stars can't shine without darkness.
