Ingredients: 225 g of dark chocolate, 110 g of butter, ⅔ glass of sugar, 3 large eggs, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, Pinch of salt, 1 and ⅔ glass of wheat flour, Around ½ glass of powdered sugar
Melt butter in a small pan. When it’s melted add chocolate. Stir until the ingredients make a chocolate sauce. Let it cool down for a minute.
Separate egg whites from yolk and whip them. When foam starts to get solid add sugar, yolk and vanilla extract. Add to the chocolate sauce and stir.
Mix flour with salt and baking powder and add to the rest. Mix it all up so all ingredients are combined and put it into the fridge for the night. Make sure that the dough is hard when you’re taking it out.
Form small balls, smaller than a walnut. Coat them with powdered sugar and put on the baking paper. Bake for around 12 minutes in 165 degrees Celsius. Do not bake longer than that.
