Sunflower Rain Run

The second day of fall it rained gloriously all day and I felt the need to be outside and feel the rain kiss my face, and so I went on a run through Lover's Lane and found beautiful sunflowers. It felt so calming and relaxing and freeing and energizing all at once. It reminded me why I love to run. It reminded me that my body is such an important part of me, and I need to protect and care for it.
