Friday, clocking out!

Lighting is haaaard. Mostly just trial and error for me at this point. Damned near broke my back taking this one.

I Had a small softbox off to camera left. Aimed it down and pretty far off to the side to allow the light to just grace the glass and bottle. Held a reflector on the other side with my teeth (no joke!) Then I aimed a secondary, small speedlight to bounce off it with one hand and fired the off the camera with the other one.

Phew! I really deserved that beer, which just happens to be one of my favorites from stellar Swedish micro-brewery "Omnipollo". A very hoppy, very strong imperial IPA that goes by the name "Nebuchadnezzar".
