One of the things I enjoy about doing photography as a service is you meet all kinds of people. This guy works for California state congress as a lawyer and needed a headshot for the magazine they put out each year. This session was kinda funny. I went over to his house, took about 20 minutes to set everything up, and then only took about a dozen shots before he was satisfied. As this was one of the first shots I took, I blanked and forgot to use eye autofocus, so I nailed focus right on his nose. He didn't care at all -- he insisted this was "the one." This was my first time trying a 2-point light set-up for paid work, so I guess there's that.
