Bacon hygge

I learned to fry bacon properly not so long ago. Before, I had the tendency to burn it, thinking it needs high heat. In fact, the ability to make it proper came along with my boyfriend moving in with us from windy north. He reminded me what patience is - not only in relation to frying bacon, but life overall. And for bringing that Scandinavian HYGGE into our home and life, I'd be always grateful.
