Light Painting

I wanted to take an interior photo for the weekly theme, and really like this clock in my living room. I thought I'd try to light just the clock and these framed pictures with my flashlight, but I couldn't get it right so decided to zoom out and try painting my name instead. I think it turned out pretty well. Maybe I'll try the clock again soon, I think I need a softer light.
