Mallard duck eggs

Walking through the field I saw a mallard female sitting in the grass right in front of me. When she saw me, she didn't fly away, but crouched down a few feet away. Then I noticed the nest in the ground. I took a quick shot with my phone and hastily walked away not to bother the mother anymore.
