It's healthy living week at school. It's been really nice starting the day with an aerobics session, followed by different activities that get us moving. I've really enjoyed keeping the kids busy in the playground, teaching them skipping, balancing and jumping. I think I was the only person in the school who enjoyed the 15 minute run. Today was a particularly active day with the afternoon spent on an adventure walk with the kids, 1 and a half games of tag rugby after work and my usual walk home. Almost 29, 000 steps! And all on six hours sleep as I've been busy getting all my course work done in the evenings as well.
