One Dream

The news about my people that I saw on twitter yesterday hit me hard this morning. (twitter.com/hrw/status/8826955...) With a heavy heart, I couldn't help looking back and thinking about the motive and the reasons that I chose this path of living 14,000km away from home. Over the years, too busy living the life, keeping up with the culture and my own personal life, I almost forgot that One Dream which planted the seed of flying away. I feel ashamed of having the privilege of living free and not using it to the fullest... That One Dream is still in my heart. It may be neglected for awhile, but it is not forgotten. Where ever I am, I will never forget my root, my people. Uyghur!
