Patrik, doing his post workout routine. You know, while the world champs are being held at London, I got to thinking again about why we, like my athletics pals, do this anyway. We wont go to London, nor somwhere else two years in the future, we arent the best in the world, however, we still manage to get together on a sunny hot afternoon and run and workout like crazy persons just for the kicks.
