Tłusty czwartek

Fat Thursday is a day I keep counting down days to each year! I recall the days when my grandmother was preparing pączki and faworki herself, I can still remember their delicious taste and I wish I could have the power to go back in time.

For now, all I can do is eat doughnuts from local pastry shop and try to imagine it's the same taste as from my childhood. One way or another, it's a day of BIG smiles ant lots of sugar! :)
