Fillmore Street

I took another long walk today. I hadn't planned on being out so long, but I guess that I just can't help myself sometimes.

The day started on an unusual note, as I received an e-mail from a woman whose mother I'd met about four and a half years ago when I was walking to the post office. When I met her, she was sitting with a neighbour in front of his house on a small side street. I had seen them on previous trips, but on that day, I asked if I could take their photo, and they obliged.

Sadly, the e-mail informed me that the woman died three months ago, and her daughter apparently found prints of the photo that I had given to her mother, as well as (I'm guessing) my business card. She wrote to me to ask for additional prints for her siblings.
