What even is this

I spend a lot of time in my schools cafe, most of the pictures i upload are taken in there or from a place near it, but this time was too lake and they werent turning on the lights and i tried to play a little with light but didnt like any of the pics so this one is the one that stayed, they are literally the lights of the selling.
