The Cinnamon Roll

One of my bobby which I made it as a side business, is baking. Nothing better than smell and eat fresh baked goods. And those babies, are Sourdough Cinnamon Roll.

While I'm biased, everyone tried them -or other sourdough baked goodness- loved them. They are different and so fluffy, tasty and delicious.

Since I moved to UAE, I miss my home Toronto. I haven't baked much since the move, but soon I will bake and teach sourdough classes more.
