There are many coal mines in my region. Most of the mines are already closed some are still operating (but once again the coal mine management asks for a govermnent financial aid - how many times it will happen till they close the last mine???). This is the old bus stop waiting area next to one big coal mine that was closed some 20 years ago. I like the colors of the scene - grey road and pavement, contrasted with old green windows and orange boards hammered across the smashed doors and windows.
