Now illegal

Reposting this photo after i heard the news this morning, they made illegal to pick up recycle in from garbage bins and resell it, i can not believe this, these guys are homeless and jobless and do rely on selling all the recycle items they pick up in garbage bins to make a living. in the meantime they allow people dress in characters and take pictures with tourists for money.
