Paper ideas... reality?

One of my other hobbies is sewing. I have amassed a fair collection of fabric as a result. The problem is I don't really have a way to store it. So in one of my husband and i's after dinner problem solving sessions, I came up with a basic sketch of a frame I could build to hold under bed rolling tubs. This is rough and honestly the only photo I took today because my dad has kindly agreed to turn my rough sketch into a technical drawing and give me a cut and supply list to build it.
