Wild Violet Foraging

Foraged for Wild Violets today. These beautiful violets will be used for syrup, which then can be used to create delicious beverages, baked treats and jam. I also like to crystallize the petals in sugar or freeze in ice cubes to garnish baked goods & drinks.
