"Pleasure Point" in Santa Cruz. The sky was exceptionally clear allowing me to see to Monterey. Typically a heavy haze covers the Monterey Bay.

Eugene Alexeev @vera, you are not alone in your assessment! It is a beautiful spot to live, wake up, and sip coffee from. At least, I imagine that it is. This neighborhood in Santa Cruz commands quite high prices.
