Sitting on the front stoop on a kinda-sorta humid night

Thirty degree weather is hot. Almost makes one wish for the days of minus ten again. Almost.

My cabin is very effective at trapping the heat of the day. Even at night, it's still crazy warm.

My front stoop is a bit of a sanctuary from the heat. I can go out there, sit, and enjoy the cool breeze of the night.

This was the fifth or sixth photo I took. The colour of the sky is completely different; it has a blue tint to it. Probably some in-camera voodoo when one of my colleagues started the golf cart up to go and do a run (flash lights AND headlights... what fun).
