Damian Dulisz Thanks a lot Patrick!

This trick with the pen might come really handy next time I try it. First I need to get a clear and shorter glass, just as you pointed out.
This picture was taken just before sundown and I also don't have a flash. So it's hard to take pictures after dusk.

No need to feel sorry! The reply is long for a reason and I appreciate your feedback a lot! :)

Nick Graham @Damian, do look at mine that I took a few days ago if you haven't already. If you don't have a flash (like me and Patrick), try natural lighting, like in the afternoon in front of a window. If you can do this at a low ISO and narrow aperture (at least f/7.1) you'll get good results. Try to aim for over 1/1000th of a shutter speed. I think 1/1250th or more is great for isolating the water just a tad bit more. Hope that helps.

Damian Dulisz This is how I did it. Just before sundown next to a window. It was also the reason why I couldn't repeat it for long as soon the sun was gone.
Thanks for tips! Nice Jellyfish! :D
