Shenandoah Thanks! Yeah, it's a bit taller than I am. It also serves as a hiking/biking trail-crossing under the road. Usually it's dry except immediately after a storm, but we've pretty much had a record amount of rain the past few weeks (enough that my city has declared a state of emergency) so I had to get my pants wet to get this picture :)
