bvphotosnap Thank you @Margie! Yes this is about 5 minutes from me. There is so many fields and crown land close to where I live that I don't have travel too far to see wildlife.
Margie Lucky you. I think you r close to Banff and Lake Louise, right? My father's favorite place to visit and also one of mine. Been many many years since I was there.
bvphotosnap I am truly blessed to be living so close to nature and I hope to never take it for granted! When I moved out here this took my photography to another level and I wanted to capture landscape and wildlife as best as can. I'm constantly learning and loving it! Like your father, Banff is one of my favorite places as is Jasper. I went back home last year for a visit (southern Ontario) and I was able to photograph Niagara Falls and visit family but I'm not fond of heat and humidity so I was very happy to come back to Alberta :)
