I shoot with some vintage glass as well, but this is what I probably could trim my arsenal down to and what I will travel with the next year, minus my light and cheap little tripod (that held the camera that I took this with, my old GX7).
The players:
-
Camerabody
Panasonic Lumix GX8. I love the M43 system and especially this camera for so many reasons. One being the tilting viewfinder – it's freaking awesome for a left eye shooter like myself. I've even customized it with a larger muzzle.
-
Mounted lens
Olympus 25mm 1.8. Sharp, fast normal lens. The new kid on the block.
-
Telephoto zoom
Panasonic 45 – 175mm 4.5/5.6. Internal focusing (the lens doesn't extend when you zoom), small and light.
-
Portrait lens
Olympus 45mm 1.8. Great for tighter portraits. Might not go with me on my trips next year but i use it a lot. I dropped this in a lake once. It still works!
-
Wide angle lens
Panasonic 12mm 2.5. My landscape lens. Super tiny and light. very sharp.
-
Smartphone
iphone 6s. Won't be getting the 7...
-
Neutral Density filter
Dörr 1000x. For long exposures, smoothing out water and such.
-
Extra batteries
Gotta have them. I've tried 3rd party ones, but they suck.
-
Camera strap
Dead Cameras wrist strap in leather. Very classy. Bought it on Etsy.
