I'm starting my adventure with a photo from parking meter, and here's why: I had planned for today to go to a store, located on the street Grunwaldzka. I parked, then I see that maybe I should buy a parking meter, somewhere in the distance was visible and the car in front of me had such a one behind the window. So okay, I walked, I bought, ticket was printed, and then stops me interconnecting man saying that I could not lose money, I bought a needlessly because these parking meters are illegal here - there is no designated parking lines, or any information on the section that is payable, it was even about that in some information yesterday. Eh.
