I'm living on Sydney Time.
I mean, I'm trying to live base on UTC time zone.
WHY?
I'm want to wake up early to finish my important tasks in the morning. And the only way to do that is to reset my body clock.
I would implement this trick whenever I have to cross continents where the time difference is 10 hrs or more.
More than anything, I hate being jet-lagged because they take me quite a while to recover (and all the headaches) wasting so much time moping around.
But this also works if I want to cut the habit of sleeping late.
With this, I'll go to sleep midnight Australian time but it'll just be 9pm in my time.
Advancing for 3 hrs, I'll be able to wake up earlier and have that few hours of peace working before I officially start the day.
Works for me! 😃
