That line was really necessarily because of the political climate we are living in. That line was by Ashitaka from San/ Princess Mononoke. Yumi wanted to say it. She is as strong as San, gotta fight the darkness

I am pretty pleased with Eva's request of Ghibli theme, although I would need Pa's help who has skipped so much session with me to execute a more elaborated idea of the mask with me.

We love Ghibli so much, even their names, Yumi = same name as Ghibli singer Youmi Kimura, and Miya= derived from Hayao Miyazaki san.

At one point, I drew a bunch of Ghibli in the past including the bathhouse from Spirited Away. That was really great feeling. ---> instagram.com/p/BFkJqwOsjor

So we topped it up by trying to do handmade princess mononoke mask for Yumi and Miya. It took 3 weeks trial and error and it was ready for photoshoot just before halloween.

Hmm... what's next? probably build a Totoro cat bus? Oh boy! Thats still in my dream!

Eva Awesome! Totally! And the mask is done perfectly: you have to be very proud! I find the drawing very nice too! Making a Totoro-cat-bus is also my dream...Or maybe the real dream is to be picked up by the real one!

Picked up by the real totoro cat bus... uh boy, that d be a little creepy... And the train from spirited away with no face... omg omg...! i also particularly like nausicaa... knowing that the land will be in despair after human damage it.
