Rescuing the phone

Well...my cell phone sink for a while yesterday, so - listening to the advices of my friends - I put him in a rice. Today it looks like he's going to work! But....maybe it's just a time of thinking about new phone. Also very good for a taking pictures. Could You recommend me some really good models?
