Vientian Cafe

A local favorite. The cops like it too. So much that there's a police department sticker on the door, as if the restaurant is a mini-policestation. This means that it's: 1) Fair warning to the trouble makers; or 2) police can come and have lunch and claim office hours at the same time. Regardless, the SAI OOA (Baked Laotian Sausage) is a must-have! The clouds parted and the sun came shining through as we approached the diner for lunch. Lucky for us, we made it there just before the lunch crowd hit.
