Deleted Your photos are great! I have an M3, and I struggle with manual focus. Any tips??or may I ask how you shoot?

WK Fan Thanks for positive comment! :)
Because one hand was holding the sugar can, I had to rely on tripod to take this photo. About manual focus, in order to get clear shot, enlarged the screen into x10 and turn the focus ring slowly to find the best focus distance. When everything was set up, adding the sugar and use another hand to press the shutter button.
