Broken Glass Box

I made this fused glass box for my husband several years ago, and apparently it was a victim of the move. A friend today told me about the Japanese custom of fixing a broken object with an intentional emphasis (maybe gold leaf or some other highlight) on the mended break to show the age of the object. I Might try something similar when I mend this box.
