Very great tips! I think that's what I was doing..I spent more than 30 minutes finding the right frame and focus and adjusting the legs hehe. After I used the 10 sec self timer..I think my tripod takes time to be still..so didn't use 2 sec.

About me.
In the case of macro photo, because the object will not run away, first, withOUT a tripod, I have decided the location of the camera while aligning the focus.
It may be blurred, and take temporary shot at that time(1).
To match the position of the camera to extend the legs, and to fit a tripod position.
So as not to direct is one of the legs to the object, which should be placed so as to sandwich in the two legs.
Finally, exactly position is reproduced, it is confirmed by looking at the (1).
