Yesterday was May 3rd Constitution Day, National Day In Poland we (and Lithuania also) celebrate the declaration of the Constitution of May 3, 1791. It was first constitution in Modern Europe. Nowdays You can spot many Polish flag on buildings in that day, sometimes even in the day after, as You can see. Btw. I remember my parents releted me that during Socialism, and "Frendship" with Soviet Union was popular that Poles "forget" to take off flags after 1st may(Labor day) celebration.
