Taking Time-lapse Photo

When standing on the sky bridge and taking the sunset, I found one photography placed her iPhone with such tiny tripod on the handrail to record the time lapse video. But bad thing happened, this place was too windy and the whole phone fall down to the ground and hit a passing car. Although it's not my phone but I learn one thing: never use this light tripod at windy place. It's very dangerous.
