#18 El escanciador de sidra

Asturias is famous for drinking and producing cider. In this picture you can see escanciador (a person that pours cider). In this region it has to be done in a traditional way: the bottle has to be held above the head and the glass as low as possible (and also at the right angle) to aerate the cider and create bubbles. Every time escanciador pours from the bottle about 100 ml of cider that has to be drunk straight away. As you can see the fountain is not well balanced because he spills everything on the ground ;)
