Starflowers on a Rainy Day

I'm a selfish man. There are somethings that are very important to me. One of those things is being able to sleep in on a Sunday morning. Alas, today wasn't a day for that. Contractors in at 7:00am (I needed to be in place at 6:45), a hike with the facilitators for nine o'clock was either forgotten about or just skipped.

However, there's always my plants. Like these starflowers. Ya, I probably went about getting the image a bit lazily; shot from a goodly distance using my Tameron 150-600. But you know what I like about flowers... they don't care if you use a telephoto zoom to take their picture. They're just happy being.
