First roast

Today, at the coffee plantation in Bolave Plateu I roasted my first batch of coffee. It turned out a bit too dark, but the second roast wasn't that bad. As a coffee geek I know it wasn't the last time, still, can't wait to wake up in few hours, and grind my first roast to prepare it in Aeropress <3
