Martyna K. Thank you :) Yes, I baked them. This is quite simple. You need to clean potatoes from all dirt, then cut them with a sharp knife with stripes like 2-3 mm, then splash some oil on top, salt, pepper and thyme. Then bake them with 220°C for like 45 minutes. I suggest to choose not so big potatoes (but not so small too) because they can be a little bit raw inside, in that case it's good to bake them a little bit longer. But I'm not the master, this was my first time with Hasselback potatoes :D You can find many recipes on the internet, maybe you will find something cool. I see that Jamie Oliver has some recipes about this potatoes :)

Martyna K. Yeah :) Maybe try to cook them for a 3-4 minutes before baking, just to make them a little bit more "cooked". I'm affraid that mine went too raw inside. They were good, but not perfect. Need to try it different way next time :)
