Heimo Yeap, true. If you're there a tripod and some load to make it more stable is necessary. Try to go under the bridge, wind is smaller and there'a some nice artefacts to make a frame more interesting.

Darek Antkowiak Every advice is like gold. I use if better advise me. So I'll use it.

Heimo Suggestions - compose frame having horizon at 2/3 or 1/3 of the frame - here I would cut the sky and left 2/3 of frame for the river and buildings. There is nothing on the sky worth of interest, but you could have caught some shines and reflections on the water.
