"Make rogal, not war"

Tomorrow will be the Independence Day in Poland, so it's going to be pompously all over the country. But here, in Poznań city, we've got our own way to celebrate November 11th - there is also a celebration for the St. Martin Street's Namesday, the main street in Poznań. So we have this big colorful parade, many concerts in the city, workshops, etc. and - what's most important - the tradition of eating croissants with white poppy seed inside, called "rogal świętomarciński". Just like this one on today's picture. :)
