"Fort Che". Erected in the eighties of the nineteenth century. Fort named after the soldiers of the Russian Empire Fort "Cz" from the name Czerniaków, on German maps named in Tsche transcription. In 1928 renamed Pilsudski's fort. To this day, large sections of the old fort have survived, one of them being the so-called. Bernardyńska Woda (along Idzikowski Street, from Al.
