Margie So curious how you did this.

Jennifer Faye I had a solar filter for my camera that made it safe to shoot directly at the sun. I set up my tripod outside before it began and stood there for hours until it was all over. It was cloudy and even rained here and there lol so I had an umbrella, but I stayed the whole time to catch the breaks in the clouds :) My setting were around f8 - f14, ISO 400-640, and shutter speed 160-1000. I just kept changing the settings for each phase and used bracketing to try and get the best exposures. I took the ones I thought were the best and merged them all together using layer masks in photoshop
