morning workout

There's a dedicated group of seniors who keep this morning exercise club going, six days a week, all year-round. Aside from the sensei leader, and my father, the regulars are mostly women. Most of them are fit and sharp enough to lead the group but they defer to the sensei who is in good physical shape but is easily confused and has to be reminded, gently, of the next move. It's all very good natured and congenial, but you see who is really leading this group. Things are not always how it appears on the surface in this country.
