Paulina Drozd Should be but winter in Portugal is more rainy than cold. I'm from Eastern Poland and now in my city (Lublin) is below zero degrees and snowy. Here is my third winter and the next is totally different. From really cold, stormy and windy to sunny, warm and cloudy. Nice experience. I recommend;)
