Weekly Update

Last October I accepted a one year term as the Hearts of Miromar Activities Director. Actually, the position should be called Activities Blaster because scheduling a Constant Contact email blast to be sent at 8 AM every Sunday is 99% of what I do. There are 17 clubs. They are listed every week along with descriptions and contact information. Throughout the week, I receive club updates from the coordinators to include in the blast. Members receiving the email had to scroll through the email searching for changes. Some weeks there were no updates, yet they had to scroll through the email, nevertheless. To make the blast a little more user-friendly, last winter I added the banner announcing what clubs had updates.
