Ryan's Pulled Pork Nachos

After getting Ken and Devina to the airport for an early flight back to San Fran, Jim and I returned to Katie and Dave's. So did the Russo's. Both families nervously watched coverage of Hurricane Irma. She was making landfall in Naples where Kathy and Wayne have their house. Next stop for the hurricane was Miromar Lakes where we have our condo. The damage was widespread and severe, but it could have been much worse. Luckily, both of our abodes were spared. Ryan made two trays of pulled pork nachos from the leftovers he smoked the day before. The nachos were amazing!
